Relay Publishing is looking for a reliable part-time Executive Assistant who will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our company’s senior-level managers (approx. 20-25hrs /week). Must have some flexibility in hours as you will be EA to the Managing Director in the UK, and the Chief Operations Officer in Australia.

Job Outline

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high level executive support to our MD & COO including diary management and scheduling priorities. You will attend management meetings (remotely), note the minutes, transfer them into tasks in our project management system and take action where needed. You will also handle the executives’ email accounts and respond where appropriate. You will be the person responsible to check the delayed tasks and act in accordance to the executives’ schedule in order to meet the deadlines. You will be responsible for prioritising the MD’s & COO’s daily agenda’s / workloads by reviewing their emails and tasks assigned in the project management software.

To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great time management skills and be able to act without guidance. Ultimately, you will contribute to the efficiency of our business by providing personalized and timely support to executive members.

Necessary Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, on a remote team would be a plus
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working with project management software and tools
  • Previous experience assisting Executives with finance is favourable
